Wrong iTunes account on laptop

For some reason my son's iTunes account is on my laptop. I tried to change it to my account but it won't let me - every time I type mind in it changes back to his. How do I get mine on my own computer? Is there a limit to how many iTunes accounts you can access on a computer?
